Empower needed a simple way to help advisors and plan sponsors understand how its Email Communication Engine (ECE) works by targeting employees with specific, personalized messages based on a range of individual factors and needs.

The Brief: Create a video campaign that Empower could send to clients to clearly explain the functionality of ECE while keeping the tone approachable and easy to understand. Empower also wanted to ensure employers felt comfortable allowing these communications to be automated.

The Approach: To build that comfort and trust, the videos followed three employees at different stages in their careers, showing how the ECE system would uniquely support each of them.

The Outcome: The final work made a complex system feel simple and accessible, building confidence and encouraging adoption among advisors and plan sponsors.
