Platform Modernization During Brand Transition
Exclusive Resorts engaged Merkle to modernize both its public-facing website and members-only platform during a period of brand transition and technical restructuring.

The engagement included a full UX redesign, CMS modernization, Salesforce integration, and coordination across hybrid Agile and Waterfall delivery models. I served as Creative Director and UX Lead, overseeing strategy and execution across both the public and private platforms in close collaboration with executive leadership.

The redesigned platform delivered a significant increase in traffic and qualified leads, earned strong endorsement from executive leadership including the CEO and CMO, secured follow-on engagements, and established a foundation for future personalization as additional data becomes available.
